The Massachusetts Legislature has an opportunity to act on housing policy before the end of the 2025-2026 Legislative Session through the Governor’s economic development bill, “Mass WINS.” This is our last chance to get pro-housing policies passed this session. We urgently need your advocacy to ensure pro-housing policies are incorporated in the bill.

Our Virtual Lobby Day is an opportunity to meet directly with your state legislators, share your housing story, and urge them to support legislation that will help address our housing shortage.
No prior advocacy experience is necessary. AHMA will provide training, talking points, and support to ensure you feel prepared and confident when meeting with legislators and their staff.
